Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@pclsport.com or call +91 76785 90118 with your order number.
- If the cancellation is made within the allowed window, we will cancel the order and process the refund.
- Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- In such cases, you may proceed with a return request as per the return policy below.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- The order was cancelled within the 6-hour window.
- A returned item has been received in unused and original condition, and the return request was made within the allowed time.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Important: The refund amount will be issued after deducting payment gateway commission charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email or phone once the refund is processed.
Return Policy
You may return most new and unused items within 2 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must fulfill the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
